Dumika Construction Limited is a joint venture of three experienced companies engaged in international development and construction and in international financing: A.S. Afik Ltd.; I.S.E Consulting & Directing Ltd.; Outdoor Company Ltd.

A.S. Afik is an international development and construction company operating in the middle east, Turkey and Cyprus. The company has identified a need in the emerging Turkish and Cyprian real estate markets, and is currently focusing on expanding its development and construction activities in these markets which present an excellent opportunity for rapid growth.

Mr. Aykout and Mr. Afik of A.S. Afik are civil practical engineer and have a track record of 30 years in the construction industry. Mr. Aykout has led construction projects on the Ivory Coast and Mali. Among many other projects, he led the construction of the world famous Abidjan Cathedral in Abidjan.

The company uses Turkish laborers for building thousands of housing units in Israel, Turkey and Cyprus. It leverages its vast experience for promoting and constructing dozens of projects which earned a reputation for reliability and high quality construction.
